It opened yesterday, with Ron O'Neal repeating the protagonist role and also directing.Most of the time Priest, the reformed, cocaine pusher from Harlem simply slouches around Rome, as a tired, cynical expatriate, trailed by the loving Sheila Frazier, from the first film. Long on talk and short on action, this juiceless bundle comes close to being super dull. Nevertheless, it is still a small part of his body of work and shows the interesting ways that people and movies can be historically linked to each other.Coming after a fast, colorful movie like "Super Fly," a follow-up called "Super Fly TNT" is a wet firecracker.
